The trust owns a portfolio of two self-storage properties. The first, located in the Boston metro area, has an approximate leasable area of 89,599 square feet and 817 units. The other property is located on Long Island, and has an approximate leasable area of 74,990 square feet, 675 units, and 29 rentable parking spaces.

INDUSTRIAL 

The trust owns a 700,281 square foot warehouse and distribution facility in the Toledo, Ohio area. The facility is leased to a major US company as a fufillment center.

Student Housing 

The trust owns two student housing properties in AL and MO. The AL property contains 337 units, studio through five-bedroom floor plans, with 889 beds, within one six-story residential building situated on 3.277 acres. The property also has a connected six-story parking garage and serves the nearby university. The MO property is a five-story building containing 163 units, one-to-five bedroom floor plans, with 465 beds, situated on 1.963 acres. The property also has a connected seven-story parking garage and serves the nearby university.

Medical

The trust owns a portfolio of three medical office facilities located in NC, OR & TX. The tenants are a large university health care system and a large healthcare company that specializes in renal care. 

RETAIL

The trust owns nine properties operated by a large supermarket, convenience store and gas station chain, located in IA, MN & WI. Some of the properties combine a traditional gas station/convenience store with an expanded grocery concept.  

Multi-Family

The trust owns a Class A, 324 unit multi-family apartment community situated on 22.07 acres in the Huntsville, AL metro area. Units have an average size of 973 square feet and include finishes such as open-concept floor plans, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, walk-in closets, and private balconies or patios. The community includes amenities such as a resort-style pool, fitness center, TV and gaming lounge, dog park, and pet spa.
