The MO property is a five-story building containing 163 units, one-to-five bedroom floor plans, with 465 beds, situated on 1.963 acres. The property also has a connected seven-story parking garage and serves the nearby university.

The community includes amenities such as a resort-style pool, fitness center, TV and gaming lounge, dog park, and pet spa.
